between us and

her

just a little space

we can feel it

all

our bodies and yours

we can hear your heart beatin’

through us

nothin’ but star dust

paint on a brush

our universe

make a mold of your hand

on ours

little love can

go real

far.

paid twice the fee

parked in the front

lights beaming in the night

front row:

stars feral and hungry

frothing at tasty planets like a buffet

lined up, ladle like soup

never enough always back for more

take a tour have a map- tour of war

a petting zoo of history

Quote~

And as imagination bodies forth
The forms of things unknown, the poet’s pen
Turns them to shapes and gives to airy nothing
A local habitation and a name.

–
William Shakespeare
(A Midsummer Night’s Dream)
