Levels

Climbing the ladder

be the stair master

live underwater

clown the sea laughter.

one time – for that good feeling

never-never heard of it

reach for the ceiling

laugh for the fuck of it.

Ha ha a night in the mirror

two sides of the coin

two faces on fire

the joker of lines.

Chasing You

Crowd full of strangers

masked entity

charming light kissed the top of her lips

magic blast the side of my cheek

never dropped eye contact.

Ceiling falling all around

chasing sirens

flashing lights

paint strapped the bottom of my shoes

red

red until the moon turns bloody

red until my hands start running

never lost you

even after they dragged me away

the light still caught your lips

perfectly.

Wake Me Up

Life is a game

and love is the prize.

Teaching around the world

game made for everyone.

All this time to myself

didn’t know I was lost.

Wake me up

when I’m wiser and older.

Finding who I was

never seemed so far away.

Till the light carried us out

strong in their two hands.

Dry Ice

Bet on me

largest possible

I’ll come through

carry the pony with straps

be red black green at once

hit that fade away.

Chin high

put the night away

swimming away

drowning in honey

flashing two mind,

mind if I walk the light on dry ice?

Told to go home

sliding through

hold the phone

Frozone

be back asap

don’t light the match

surrendered to the blurry facts.

Hand in Hand

Twitch to the sound of breathing.

Move the narrow peril to the side.

Slide love to the other.

Breath the emptiness that follows.

Twitch at the loss of life.

Bring love close.

Watch peril chase.

Acknowledge the future path set before you.

Twitch at the becoming of life.

Looming Rings

The beginnings sharp turn

south end cliff

rendering four feet

covered in shadow.

Living in the head of wonder

three feet from north end cliff

circle chasing.

Night alone

loner donuts

flush creeping closer

cheating sir-

The lower lip sweeps away

the reaching hand

before the lower ring

steals the show.
