Blink twice if your still here
In the dark room
looking for a god to save you.
Your not alive if your not searching.
Blink twice if you can hear me
digging into the earth
for my own grave.
Shh, do you smell that?

Hi,
I am trying to understand your poem. “Can you smell that?” Is it… manure?
I see you quoting Shakespeare in your sidebar. I teach Shakespeare. I am a huge fan, of course. Who isn’t, right?
Maybe you can check out my blog. I blog about blogging tips and host ten networking events each month where you could meet new readers of your poems.
